Just go to Rue La La and choose “Local Picks” at the top and select “Seattle: Seattle Chocolates”.  You can then purchase a $20 Seattle Chocolates voucher for only $10.  This can be used online, so you don’t have to live in Seattle.  Shipping is Free on voucher purchases, so if you purchase two of these gift vouchers, you’ll get them exactly free!

The voucher does not cover shipping from Seattle Chocolates though, so you might have to pay a little shipping when you make your chocolate purchase.
