When I scanned my CVS card yesterday, I got a coupon for a $5 gift card if I took the coupon to the pharmacy and got a Medicare D brocure.

American Greetings also has $0.99 cards (usually in a special section, sometimes at the end of the cards aisle).

In some parts of the country, the $3 ECB on three greeting cards is on Hallmark Cards in lieu of American Greetings. As Hallmark offers many cards at 99 cents, you can potentially get three free cards.
