Heather
I have a coupon for free gummy vitamins. I wonder if I would get 2 free if my kroger is running the sale?
Stephanie
@Heather, Yes, you absolutely could get 2 Free! I do that all the time when I have free coupons! 🙂
LoriG
My Kroger (Mansfield, TX) has B1G1 free gummy vitamins. I had $1 off coupons (not sure where I got them – I’m a newbie) so I was able to score a good deal. Pic here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/thescrappyshack/4485573060/
Stephanie
@LoriG, Great find on the gummy vitamins!
Tracy

@Tracy, Thanks for the catalina information!
Rae
I got a printout for a new cat deal that hasn’t started yet and wanted to give you a heads up incase you haven’t gotten it yet…
Starting 4/19 to 6/13 there will be a deal on General Mills products. $4 wyb 4.
B.C. fruit snacks (any), Sunkist fruit snacks, Nature Valley granola bars, Nut Clusters, Fiber One bars, Chex Mix bars, Milk ‘n Cereal bars (all)
Stephanie
@Rae, Awesome! Thanks for the heads up!
Tracy
There are several things that are different in my Dillons ad this time(Kansas), which is unusual. We have regular birdseye frozen veggies instead of the steamfresh; coke and pepsi 2.50, not Dr. Pepper?; Pasta roni and Rice-a-roni instead of Knorr side dishes; Quaker granola bars and selected post cereals only 1.50!
Stephanie
@Tracy, Wow, that is a lot of differences! There are also coupons for the regular birds eye vegetables that should make them free as well. Unfortunately it is pretty common for items like soda to vary by region. I hope you were still able to use the list to get some good deals!
Tracy
@Stephanie, Yes, your list helps a lot, even when my region has some differences. I got 4 boxes of cereal for $0.25 each, 4 boxes of granola bars for $0.25 each. (My store had Honeycomb, Fruity Pebbles, HBoO, Raisin Bran, and quaker chewy granola bars on the instant deal. )
Promise spread was 0.98, so I got it free with coupon.
Knorr side dishes were $1.10 (not advertised)and I had a coupon, so I got 4 for 0.85 each.
Cream cheese for 0.40 each.
Cake mix and frosting for 0.50 each.
Coke 12 pks $2 each.
I saved 47%, even though I bought some things I had to have that I didn’t have coupons for…and this was at 10:00pm after spending the whole day outside hiking!
Thanks so much for your help!
Candra
I guess the Hunts e-coupon is only good at Safeway affiliated stores. 🙁
Stephanie
@Candra, Bummer! Thanks for letting me know!
Jermaine
OMG I went to Kroger today for the Grands 2 thing, and instead I got 5 grands junior because it had the catalina thing and instead of 2 dollars i got a 3 dollar ONYO!
Rae
@Jermaine, Yes the Pilsbury deal is tiered. Buy 6, you get $4; buy 5, get $3; buy 4, get $2 🙂 I’ve been getting 6 every time
Tasha
My Kroger has a deal – if you buy 4 Post Honey Bunches of Oats or Fruity/Cocoa Pebbles, you get them for $1.50 each – there are coupons for $1/2 in the 2/28SS and 3/14SS so it comes out to $4 for 4 boxes PLUS you’ll get a $3 catalina at the register!
Rae
@Tasha, Thanks for the heads up. I went today and got 4 “pebbles” cereals and paid $4 after coupons and got a $3 cat back! $1 for 4! 😀 However, I wanted to mention that the cat doesn’t work for HBoO just the pebbles. My dad got HBoO and didn’t get the cat and I did with my pebbles. I read the cat and it said on pebbles cereals. buy 3, get $2; buy 4, get $3; buy 5 get $4 until 4/18
