I can't seem to find out what day of the week is the double coupon day for Albertsons. Help :)
@Andi, My Albertsons (DFW, TX area) doubles and triples every day, all the time. Other parts of the country might be different. Just call your store to double-check.
Albertsons will double or triple up to FOUR coupons for the same item. Example: If brownie mix was on sale for $1 and you had four .50 cpns, then you would get 4 brownie mixes for free. However, if you had 5 cpns, then the 5th brownie mix would be for .50 cents because they would only take that fifth cpn at face value. Hope this helps!
Another question, the degree dedorant is on sale 2/$5. Can I use both the $1 off degree and the b1g1 coupons and end up getting 3/$4?
@Ann, Technically, you might be able to. The B1G1 coupon is giving you the discount on the second item, and the $1/1 is giving you a discount on the first item, so you have one coupon per item. However, sometimes, the bar code is coded so that the B1G1 rings up as a discount off of two items, and will beep if you try to to use a second coupon. You might just have to try it and see. If it does beep, as long as you explain that each coupon gives a discount off a different item, they might override it. This is a situation where YMMV (your manager may vary).
Ok, I need help. I have a coupon for .25 off heinz ketchup and they have the deal for oneida fries and get a free heinz. Can I use the heinz coupon?
Also for the Bar S. the hot dogs are usually .88 at walmart. It was cheaper than the advertised $1 if anyone likes that. I did get the bologna at Albertsons.
@Ann, Yes, you can use the Heinz coupon. The Free Heniz is a store discount. The coupon is a manufacturer discount. You can use both a store coupon/discount and a manufacturer coupon on each item.
The only way that you wouldn't be able to use it is if the Heinz were free with an in store coupon that happened to be a manufacturer coupon.
Hey guy- the Albertsons circular the came in the mail this week had a $5 off $50 coupons (before coupons). I thought these were in the instore circular too but aren't- and I missed out on the deal- so make sure yall clip and bring that one too :)
Also- if you have the $1 Fresh express salad, you can use that for the .88 Iceberg Fresh Express Mix this week. The lady at the register said they wouldn't take it because it was more than the product. However, the manager happened to be there and said they got a letter from corporate and it could be adjusted to the .88 sale price

@dawn, Yes, $1/2 is considered a discount off of two items (you have to buy both to get the discount), so you can only use 1 manufacturer coupon for those two items.
Hi guys, i'm new to couponing, i'm wondering can you use several different manufactures coupon on the same product if they are different denominations. Like if i have 2 coupons for deoderant one for .75 off and B1G1F can i take the .75 off the deoderant i have to purchase and still get the next one free? Yes in that case, you should be able to use both coupons. If you had, say, a $.50 off one and a $.75 off one, you couldn't use both on one item. You have two coupons and you're "buying" two products, so you're good. Does that make sense?
I also see free Pepperidge Farm 3 layer cake when you buy 2 Breyer's ice cream (2 for $5), and I have a coupon for $1 off 3 Breyer's blast ice creams. And free Niagara water when you buy 2 Snyder's pretzels (2 for $4) and I have a $1 off Synder's pretzel sandwiches.
@becca, The snyder's that are 2/$4 are not the sandwiches or the pretzel pieces. I got burned on this yesterday when I tried to get the pretzel pieces that my husband loves.
