Are there any new updates for this week (3-2)?
I cannot find the Birds Eye Steamfresh Vegetables coupon in my inserts. Does anyone remember what the cover looked like?
@Megan,
I couldn't find them either. I flipped through the insert a gazillion times!
Yes, the chinet plates were such a disappointment when I went in to purchase them. The ad is very misleading in my opinion. It DOES it in tiny fine print 'with coupon' under the .99 ad, but did any of you notice that the peelie said "in-store coupon"???
I politely went to customer service and asked if there was a manager around, and there was- kindly explained my confusion as im still pretty new to all my couponing and he went over with me to look at the peelie. "Yea it rings up as a Man. Q, but it says in-store coupon. That's confusing." he said. ;) Because I didn't make a deal about it, he ended up overriding it and giving them to me for free.
Anyways, I greatly appreciate his kindness, I was only really trying to understand the coupon. Not saying you should do this, but in this case I found it odd that nowhere on the coupon did it ever say man. and definitely looked more like an in-store.
(I only got 2, btw)
Scored $.25 bread today!
I went to Albies today and bought the Oroweat bread that is advertised for $.99. When it scanned a $.75 catalina Q printed out. I used it right then to get my bread for $.25!!!
Dannon Yogurt
In Ad Q $.29 each
Combine w/ 1/31 SS Q buy 6 get $.60 off.
Yes, I agree on the Chinet. I bought some when they were on sale last week, and they were only 99 cents with the manufacturer coupon on the package. I'm sad too!
Just some things I've noticed while doing my Albertsons list - the Chinet plates are 99 cents with a peelie from the package, you can't use the printable on them to get them free. Which makes me very sad. :(
Also, the Kelloggs that are on sale are 9 oz and less, the coupon is for 10 oz or more.
@Tasha, Bummer! I have to use the online ad to do these matchups, so I don't always catch the fine print. Sorry about the misinformation!
