Disney is so generous that they put multiple proofs of purchase on their movies! They're usually found on the outer cardboard sleeve. Yay for 2 rebates!
Both the Campbell's and Western Bagels rebates seem to require a UPC from the movie. When you say "purchase tabs" - are you indicating that the purchase tab is the UPC and there is more than one (so both $5 rebates can be submitted)?
@wylene, Disney blu-ray/dvd packs have TWO UPCs (Proofs of Purchase tabs) per package! Yay!
