Unfortunately you are going to have to pay a handling fee just about anywhere. Are you sure your paper didn't have it? It was on the same page as all of the other Purina Qs.
The FREE Purina Wholesome Entree 13oz can was not in my paper this weekend. Not sure why. Is there a website I can get this form with out paying a handling fee? I would hate to miss out.
