I found it at my CVS. But they were out on the the regular place they keep them on the shelf. But I looked around and found one on an end of an aisle. I had two coupons for $3.50 so I got a refill pack as well. They were on sale for $3.49 and they took the coupon for it as well!
It looks like the $3.75 printable has reached it's print limit! Still a great deal for 50¢ with the $3.50 coupon.
I cannot find them in stock at any CVS locations near work or home!!
