explain please- went to walgreens, used a jacks pizza coupon on the sale items- bought 2 got $1 RR- next bought 2 more, used RR and did not get my $1 RR reward????? new so want to do it right before larger purchases

With Register Rewards, you can not use the RR you earn on that same product back-to-back. So in your case, you earned the RR for Jack’s Pizza, and tried to use those RR on more Jack’s Pizzas. So your RR did not print. You have to use the RR on a different product.

There might me a mistake on the “Clairol Natural Instincts, Root Touch Up or Nice n’ Easy Hair Color” deal. There is no ECB on it. The weekly ad shows the deal with the $5/2 coupon.
