  1. The LUMENE face creme was on sale for 3.89 at my CVS, AND I happed to score 3 Time Freeze Targeted Wrinkle Treatments off of the clearance shelf for 5.37 (regular price 21.00)! I only had 3 of the $4/1 q’s, but I got almost $70 of product for $3 after ECB!
And, they had Dove Moisture treatment conditioner on clearance so I got three for .50 each and a children’s magnetic activity book for .69!
And, they still had Soleil Shimmer razors with headphones, so I scored another of these.
    Great day at CVS! 🙂

  2. So, I’m fairly new to this, but had a question… the Limit 1 that is listed on a few of these, does that mean that this deal is limited to 1 transaction, so if you have multiple coupons, you’d have to do multiple transactions?

    • For deals that produce ECB’s, the limit is per card so you could not go back in and do it again. However if it is just a sale item (for instance if they had a pack of water on sale for $1.99, limit 2), you could go in the next day and get more.

  3. I tried the tylenol presice deal which is priced at 7.99 i have a 5.00 manufacter coupon printed online and a 3.00 coupon from the cvs monthly coupon book, I tried it a week ago and it was fine and i told my sister about the deal she went yesterday and was told that the coupons cannot be used because the coupons amount (8.00) exceed the purchase price of 7.99… I did some research and read a respond someone got from a cvs corporate employee saying that if you have coupons that exceed the amount that the cashier just have to readjust the coupon.. like in my sisters case the 5.00 coupon to 4.99 so that the total matches the 7.99 price tag.. I am going to go with her today to inform the person of what i found out.. has anyone else experienced this type of problem, or can shed some light if i am wrong,.. thanks

    • My cashier tells me to buy a piece of loose candy because it brings your total up and the coupon works. dont what she does on her end though

  4. Shelly & Jennifer, our esteemed, but much beloved, blogger failed to note that the incredible Lumene coupon was regional; I don’t have one either. It should read:
    – (5) $4/1 Lumene Product Coupon (6/19 SS, R) or, at least, I’ve seen this coupon and other regional ones indicated after SS or RP with a capital R to note their limited availability.

    • a lot of coupons (at least the value of the coupons) are regional so I think it would be asking too much for the bloggers to go do research on each coupon. If I don’t find the coupon, I know my region didn’t get it 🙂

      • I couldnt agree more with you. Since I was having this issue all the time I subscribed to a “big city newspaper” and now I am getting a lot more Q. If you check your insert and/or your binder and the Q is not there, guess what? You didnt get it!

The bloggers are already doing A LOT and I am SO thankful to them all! 🙂

    • hi, i am new to this coupon thing. can i ask you what does 6/19SS mean? does it mean the coupon on June 19th newspaper? thanks.

      Reply

    • I couldnt find that coupon either and it was really frustrating becuase I had my whole trip planned out around the fact that I was going to get so much ECB’s back from that. Does anyone else have any suggestions?
