Did you have to get a flu shot to get the $100 Q book, or did you just get from the pharmacy?
It says "no purchase necessary" and the pharmacy should give it to you if you ask for it. I've heard some CVS stores are being stingy with them though - you might have to push a little bit. It might help to have a copy of the CVS flier with the coupon book advertisement so you can point out the "no purchase necessary" in case they don't want to give you the book. I got mine no problem though. :-)
Melissa,
Thanks for the tip!!
-Stephanie
Kathy,
You get them when you get a flu shot, but some people have found them by the pharmacy available for anyone to take one.
