I call or email Customer Service and that usually takes care of it. If you email them and ask specific questions about their policy then you can print their email response and take it with you next time.

If a clerk and the store manager tell me that I can’t use a coupon on the BOGO free item, what are my options? This happened to me and I just left without buying. Is their coupon policy documented somewhere that I can bring it in with me and show them or do I have to force them to call corporate? There was a line of people behind me and I felt like I couldn’t make them wait any more after I had already had the clerk get the manager. Thanks.

I looked for the easTer grass in my cvs (royal palm beach fl.) they didn,t have it. So they rang up the $1.99 easter grass at .79 .and gave me a $1.00 ECB.

I tried the Easter Grass deal today and ended up with 2 bags of $1.99 easter grass and no ECBs. I either picked up the wrong ones or they hadn’t entered the sale/ECB into the system yet. I will be taking those back!! So watch out and make sure you get the RIGHT Easter grass (at my store they were all thrown into one big bin).
