CVS has finally posted the Official CVS Coupon Policy online! This should be helpful for those of you who have been running into problems at CVS lately.
Here the points from the coupon policy that will answer some of your most frequently asked questions:
They did not address whether or not you can use two coupons on a B1G1 sale or if you can use a B1G1 coupon on a B1G1 sale. Hopefully they will add those policies to it in the future.
You can read the full coupon policy here. You may want to print a copy to have on hand in case you run into issues at CVS!

Can you explain how the ECB works? For instance, if I have $4.50 ECB and only use 4.00 do I get 0.50 back for future use? Or do I lose it?
I ran into problems at a CVS today that refused to accept RedPlum printed coupons! I wish I had the company policy with me at the time. They were very rude to me and said "It's always been company policy to reject redplum coupons because they don't pay us."
UGH. I have never heard of that supposed policy. Definitely bring their coupon policy with you next time!
