Here’s a great frugal decorating tip if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to throw a party, baby shower, bridal shower, etc. Use tissue paper to make pom-poms! Follow this easy Martha Stewart tutorial to learn how to make them.
They take just a little bit of practice, but they are super easy AND quick! Make it even more frugal by buying your tissue paper at the dollar store.
These are so festive, pretty, and colorful. They really help fill the room so that you can keep other decorations to a minimum. I did this at a recent baby shower, and they worked GREAT.
