“I buy bone in chicken breasts (usually for 89¢/pound) and put about 20 pounds in a roaster before I go to bed. When I get up the chicken is ready to be shredded and frozen. I use chicken for all kinds of dishes. It’s great to have on hand when you need to send a dish to a friend.”
