So you can buy anything online at diapers.com (not diapers) over $15.00 and still get your $14.97 back (following the instructions). I have a lot of diapers, but i think that would be a great price for nursing pads.
I am assuming the qualifying purchases just means you spent at least 15.00 online and not have to be diapers?
