According to their Facebook page and the fine print, the first 5,000 Texas residents will receive a gift card. I think the reason they worded it as, "A Chance to Win," is because not all who enter will be Texas residents, which violate the terms of the giveaway. If you are a Texas resident and provided a valid Texas address, you should receive a gift card. They will contact you via email on or by August 12, and will mail out the gift cards the week of August 22.
