The age-old saying that knowledge is power so often rings true. Not only can learning prepare you to advance in your career, but it can also be good for personal growth. If COVID-19 has you sidelined from your normal routine, it might be the perfect opportunity to take a course at home.
While courses through universities tend to be quite expensive, you can learn for free with Coursera. Coursera has countless courses from top universities and companies, and most of them are free to audit. To do so, simply sign up for a free account, find the course you are interested in, click “enroll,” and then click “audit the course.”
Ordinarily, earning a certificate through Coursera requires a subscription or purchase. However, due to COVID-19, Coursera is also making this service free for a limited time for select courses, including some public health courses, cloud technology courses, career development courses, and mental health/wellbeing courses.
