Kendra Discenza Davis I’ve never had a problem with Groupon. It’s a very reputable company. I’ve heard about issues with some other companies, but I wasn’t aware that Groupon had a problem. Sometimes the companies bail out on these daily deal sites, and they’re left with no options for their customers. They try really hard to partner with reliable, legit companies, though. 🙂 Hope that helps, and sorry to hear you’ve had problems in the past!

Is Groupon doing better than they have been? I ordered something a month or so ago – never got charged, and never received. And I got an email about a lawsuit againest them. I’m very wary.
