I tried the carmex and got the same message and I have never printed them either. Oh well..time to scoot on to the next bargain! ;o) And as for the coupon printer install...I was skeptical at first too,. but have installed it on three pc's with no problems at all. Occasionally it will ask me to install it again and I think that is just an upgrade. GL...
