How to Watch the Hamilton Musical from Home

Hamilton is one of the most popular musicals ever to grace a Broadway stage, and rightly so! Lin-Manuel Miranda’s masterpiece has pretty much everything you could hope for in a musical: amazing music (including rap, hip hop, R&B, and show tunes), a compelling story, exceptional choreography, a remarkable cast, and so much more.

During the pandemic, Broadway productions are closed. But even when Hamilton is being performed eight times a week, you’d probably struggle to get a ticket since they frequently sell out. If you can find a ticket, you can expect to pay over $200 per person to see Hamilton on Broadway.

But starting July 3, you can watch Hamilton at home on Disney+! This movie consists of the original cast performing the show onstage. It was set to hit movie theaters in October of 2021, but now it will hit your living room instead!
