JC Penney is running a promotion to give children in K-6th grade a FREE haircut in August!
This should be available at all JC Penney locations nationwide. It looks like they are limiting the number of appointments they are accepting per salon, so if you are interested in this offer I would call as soon as possible to book an appointment.
