Kellogg’s FiberPlus Bars Giveaway (25 Winners!)

How many of you resolved to eat healthier or lose weight this year? {raising hand} I’m always striving to eat better, but there’s just something about the new year that gives me fresh motivation to really make more of an effort!

One thing I struggle with is getting enough fiber in my diet. For women ages 19 – 50, the daily recommended fiber intake is 25 grams! Woah, I get nowhere near that! I’m not alone either – 9 out of 10 Americans don’t get enough fiber in their daily diet.
