How many of you resolved to eat healthier or lose weight this year? {raising hand} I’m always striving to eat better, but there’s just something about the new year that gives me fresh motivation to really make more of an effort!

Started Weight Watchers myself yesterday - finally owning up to my weight. Will be diligent in doing something I always thought was a waste - writing down what I eat! And that includes Kellogg's Fiber Plus Bars. A nutritionist introduced them to me a year ago & I've been hooked.
