Kroger Coupon Matchups and Deals 9/7 – 9/13

kroger

These are the Kroger Deals for the Texas/Louisiana area. Prices may vary by region. My Kroger’s policy is to triple coupons up to 35¢ and double coupons up to 50¢.

If you’re new, please read Couponing Terms & Abbreviations and Kroger 101: How to Shop and Save Money at Kroger Stores before continuing.

If you are in the Houston area and shop at Kroger, be sure to read “No More Doubles at Houston-Area Krogers.”

Remember to load all your e-coupons from Cellfire, Shortcuts, and Upromise!

Here are the best deals I see this week:

  1. I was bummed when I heard the news about the doubling and tripling going away. I was getting the hang of this couponing thing. I ask a Kroger employee and they said they will be offering better pricing and better deals on Kroger brands. We will see how far the prices will come down. Tom Thumb will still double or triple, but I am not sure how long that will last.

  3. I was just at the McKinney, TX Kroger on Tuesday and they told me the same thing about not doubling or tripling coupons anymore. She said starting this week. That really does mean I will be coming less!!

  4. Question: are the eKroger coupons manufacture coupons or Kroger coupons? Can I use both eKroger coupons AND manufacture coupons from newspaper inserts?

    • The ecoupons from Kroger’s website, cellfire, and shortcuts are all manufacturer’s coupons that cannot be combined with paper coupons. Also, be careful saving a digital coupon because if it is on your card, it will automatically come off even if you have a better paper one that you’d like to use (there is no way for them to delete the ecoupon once it comes off)

  5. Did you see?! As of Sept 14, no more double/triple!! only face value. So as of Sept 14, they’ll only see me when there’s an awesome sale price on something that I don’t normally have a coupon for anyway. Phooey!!!
