Could you share the recipe for the pumpkin muffins? You may have done this before, but I’ve never seen it. Thanks!
Stephanie
@Shirley Titus, Yes, it’s here: http://www.food.com/recipe/pumpkin-chocolate-chip-muffins-3564 Not sure why I didn’t link it in the post, must’ve forgotten. I LOVE those muffins!
Rae
wait, aren’t you the one who said you didn’t like oatmeal? lol maybe I am just losing my mind here
Stephanie
@Rae, LOL, no, you’re right – I am not too fond of oatmeal. I’m trying to eat it more though because I know it’s healthy. My husband and kids love it though and eat it almost every single day. I eat it a couple times a week or skip breakfast those days (I know, BAD) or eat a Larabar or something random.

@Stephanie, haha my husband has been doing the same. He isn’t a fan but has been eating it lately to be more healthy. Of course the only kind he likes are the fruit and cream kind that have loads of sugar so it’s defeating the purpose lol. I’m trying to get him to mix one of those packets with some plain but he’s resisting as of yet 😛
Stephanie
@Rae, I sometimes add chocolate chips…..I am definitely defeating the purpose, lol.
