Menu Plan 5/2 – 5/8
I have been having a really hard time with menu planning lately! As a result, we have not been eating very well. 🙁 So, I’m back at it this week! Also, May is “Eat From the Pantry Month” so I’m going to be trying to shop as little as possible and use up some of the odds and ends in our pantry. I’m going to be getting a little creative with meals later on in the month too!
Breakfasts:
Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Fresh Fruit (we eat this most mornings)
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Fresh Fruit
Breakfast Burritos
Whole Wheat Waffles, Fresh Fruit
Lunches:
PB&J, Sliced Carrots, Yogurt
Turkey and Cheese Sandwiches, Fresh Fruit
Grilled Chicken Salad
“Snacky Lunch” – Yogurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc.
Pizza
Leftovers
Mother’s Day Lunch – TBD
Dinners:
Chicken Enchiladas, Salad
Steak, Baked Potatoes, Steamed Broccoli
Beef Stew, Homemade Crusty French Bread
BBQ Chicken Sandwiches, Sweet Potato Fries
Hawaiian Broiled Cod with Rice, Steamed Veggies
Pizza
