I forgot to make a menu plan last week and it was a disaster! Menu planning really does save you a lot of time. Here is our menu plan for this week!
Breakfasts:
Scrambled Eggs with Cheese, Toast with Homemade Jelly (we’ll eat this most mornings)
Scrambled Eggs, Bacon, Fresh Fruit
Whole Wheat Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Pancakes (I made another big batch of these last week. We love them!)
Eggs in a Nest (or “in a basket” – what do you call them?)
Lunches:
Leftovers
PB&J, Sliced Carrots, Yogurt
Grilled Chicken Salad
Pizza
Turkey & Cheese Sandwiches, Chips, Fresh Fruit
“Snacky Lunch” – Yogurt, nuts, cheese, fruit, crackers, etc.
Lunch Out
Dinners:
Bean Burritos (from the freezer), Salad
Sausage Strata (from the freezer), Steamed Broccoli, Mashed Potatoes (from the freezer)
Spaghetti, Salad, Garlic Toast
Hamburgers, Oven Fries
Italian Chicken, Baked Potatoes, Salad
Cook Out for 4th of July
