Same problem here, signed up but there is no Keurig for free, if I go to the shop they tell me 9.99 per box. Could you explain how this is supposed to work, where to find the free stuff?
@Sonja, It's not technicallly free. You have to pay for it (though if you use the $10/$50 coupon you are not paying full price) then you get it all back in rewards (a coupon to use at Office Depot). It is great if you will need to shop at Office Depot in the future but if not, it may not be the deal for you.

I don't see it anymore either so they must have changed it. It originally said this:

How does this work if the item is back-ordered? will you still get the reward for it?

And you get free 2day shipping over $50... I just got my stuff today. AND you can use 19508359 for $10/$50 (coupons don't get you overage on these rewards scenarios but they DO lower your oop expense :) ).
