I am loving all the great Back-to-School sales lately! This week I stopped by Office Max to pick up a few of the really great deals. I went pretty late in the week so I was really surprised they still had everything in stock! I love seeing stores prepared for great sales like this by ordering sufficient stock.
I purchased:
(2) Schoolio Crayons, 24 ct. $0.01 ea.
(2) Wood Rulers $0.01 ea.
(2) Pencils, 10 pk $0.10 ea.
(3) Glue Stick, 4 pk $0.50 ea.
(4) Composition Notebooks $0.50 ea.
Total Spent: $4.04
Total Saved: $16.33 (80%)

The Office Max close to me is unfortunately half empty always, staff isn't helpful and unaware of their own deals. I did buy the crayons for 1 cent, notebook paper for 20 cents (although this week there's a coupon for notebook paper for 1 cent I think). They didn't have the rulers or the index cards on sale (they didn't run out of them, they hadn't received them by Tuesday). Composition notebooks have been 50 cents in Publix for a few weeks. This week they are 1o cents in Staples (with a $5 purchase).
At office max yesterday I bought 5 packs of notebook paper and 10 packs of Bic pens...after all coupons, I paid 0.00!
I, too, saved a bunch at Office Max combining already low prices and "buy two, get one or two free" items, a 20% off coupon for being a teacher, and a $10 off Rewards Certificate for being a member of the Teacher MaxRewards Program. I spent all total, $74.00 dollars for about $175.00 worth of stuff for my classroom!!
