I'm interested in Pottery Barn Kids towels---how do I get information

I ordered mine on November 30 - one polka dot and one shark. First, the shark towel was on backorder until later this month. Then, just this morning, I got an email saying my shark towel order had been cancelled because they were out of stock and not getting anymore. Hopefully everyone else who placed their orders will be able to get them, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

It said the $6.50 for monogramming at the bottom but when I checked out it wasn't there. I bought 3 for 9.99 each with no shipping or monogramming fees! YAY!
I tried it all the way through to the order screen and the monogram fee stayed in place... : (

They are charging for monogramming $6.50 per item. You might want to update your website. O well. Thanks anyways!
