Safeway Stores: Starbucks Grande Frappuccino $2 after 2 pm (May 27-30)
Starting Friday, participating Safeway and Safeway Affiliate Stores that have a Starbuck’s inside will offer Grande Frappuccinos for just $2 after 2 pm. This promotion will run from May 27 – 30th, 2011.
Be sure to call your local store to verify they are participating in this promotion. (Safeway Affiliates include Tom Thumb & Randall’s).

My area Randall’s (Houston-Clear Lake) said they haven’t received a bulletin on this deal and, therefore, probably wouldn’t be participating.
