Okay, guys, I’m SO sorry for the confusion on this deal! Typically generic codes like this one indicate that it can be used by anyone. Codes that are only intended for a specific person or group of people usually are longer and more complex.

I tried it yesterday, it wasn’t working. So I talked to the live chat support person. (there was a small link at the right corner of my screen) and they were so helpful. They had me pay full price and they just deducted the difference and refunded my account! I would definately say if it doesn’t work DEFINATELY do the live chat!

I tried this yesterday and it wouldn’t let me do it either. I did the “live chat” with someone from snapfish and they said this was an exclusive offer to people who upgraded some account somewhere so it was case sensitive to those people. They did give me a 30% discount code though, I had already finished my album.

I tried it today but it won’t let me use the coupon. Although when I tried using it it states that coupon is good from 7/20/10 to 3/31/11. When I called them they said they can’t find that coupon code.
