Often when I see a great Target coupon posted here, for instance the one that allows you to get Sally Hansen nail polish for 4 cents, I seem to be unable to find it when I follow your link to Target's coupons. Tips?
Go to the target website and go to the section under coupons.
Then it is under beauty care.
It says 1.00 off any sally Hansen item. It you read the print it says nail care.
I am new to this but just found it.
