Walgreen’s and CVS Deals 3/20 – 3/26

I read this book recently and I’ve been on a maniacal decluttering spree in my house! I lost track of time (and energy…) while cleaning out my kitchen today, and as a result, I have not done the Walgreens or CVS matchups! I know many people like to go shopping early Sunday morning, so rather than wait on me, here are some other bloggers who’ve done a fantastic job putting together the deals this week:

Walgreens Deals @ Common Sense with Money
CVS Deals @ My Frugal Adventures

I will hopefully get to do the matchups tomorrow afternoon!

  • Be sure to check the "magic coupon machine" at CVS. I got a $7 off any Physician's Formula purchase. I checked, and they're on sale this week, 40% off! I got eyeliner for $4.49 sale price, a $2.51 money maker after the coupon! Woot!

  • well so this is how my shopping trip did at WALGREENS!!!!!
big mistake __I TOOK MY KID WITH ME!!!! A BIG NO NO!!! i didnt see anyone mention that so i thought i will...
forgot to clip 2 coupons from store ad for tuna and tomatoe sauce( i for some reason thought it would do it automatically.)
so today im going back to return and re buy these items at a better price.

when i get in there i get so overwhelmed or intimidated or side tracked SO EASILY!!!
i need a shopping partner! lol

  • This was my first weekend of matching up my coupons with the Walgreens ad. It was a little frustrating and time consuming. So I'm wondering if you can give me some hints on the best way to go about matching up the ad with my coupons. Thanks

  • This Is off topic but do you know what pcc stands for in the p and g coupon book for oil of olay pcc or lotion? I just need to know if I can use it for soap.

    • @Misty Mc, Ahh yes, I saw that. I'm absolutely supportive of donating.....but I don't like to do it at the expense of others (who perhaps rely on couponing to afford food) by taking all the stock. I know others may not agree with me, but that's just my 2 cents. :)

      • @Stephanie, But now more than ever, pantries need help, and couponing is a way to be able to do that. Guess we are all walking a fine line here.

        • @Kendra, I agree! I'm so glad to see couponers using their skills to help their community! I also agree that it's a fine line. I think it's all about balance. :)
