All the coupons in the book are Walgreens Instant Value Coupons (IVCs) and can be combined with manufacturer coupons. All the coupons are good through August 27, 2011.

If you read the coupon closely you will find that these are not IVC's. They are manufacturer coupons for use at Walgreens. There for they can not be combined with another manufacturer coupon.
Have they changed the coupons? Because I know in the past I've never had an issue using both a MFG and WAGS coupon from the book for an item. Even the manager has told me that is acceptable.
It was a store manager that pointed this out to me when I went in for the Milka chocolate bar deal a while back. When I double checked the WAGS coupon from the booklet it did indeed say "Manufacturer coupon good only at Walgreens". This does not apply to Walgreens brand items.
