Lisa, To my knowledge, that is just a walgreens rule. Target, cvs or any where else that stacks coupons dosn't make you have "fillers." :)
My store was sold out of the pens so I didn't get a chance to try if they would take the other pen coupon.
Thanks Shelly. That DOES help. Wow! Who knew? So I guess that's something else to keep track of. So just a quick question. Any idea if this is the case with every other store as well? That is, is it just a general rule that those coupons count as two or is it just a Walgreens rule. Just want to be sure so I'm prepared when I go out. :) Thanks.
yes- the same thing happened to me. The manager explained to me that you had to have more products than coupons and the RR counts as a coupon. Also an "X amount off on 2 products" coupon counts as TWO coupons. Who knew?!?! So that threw me off as well. I had to buy a couple small pieces of candy to make up for it. Hope that helped!
Hi. I went into Walgreens today to take advantage of the sales. I got 1 of the Irish Spring deodorants and 1 of the irish spring body washes, and 2 M&Ms. I had a $1/1 Q for the deodorant and a $.50 Q for the body wash. I also had a $.75/2 Q for the M&Ms. This should bring my total to $4.73. I also had $4 in RR which I presented last. But the register beeped on the RR. The cashier was nice and tried several times. The mgr said the coupon value exceeded the purchase amount (which by my math shouldn't be the case). So I picked up an extra bag of M&Ms and it went through. Weird. So my total was $1.22 plus tax. I don't see why I needed the extra bag of candy. I had 4 items and 4 coupons originally and I don't think the amount exceeded the RR. Did I miscalculate something? Was there something I missed? Please let me know if you have some idea what went wrong. Thanks.
on the softsoap deal...there is a WG $1/1 coupon in their summer savings booklet that was around the photo center earlier in the summer...so if you have that then you are getting it for 99 cents.
On the wisk and snuggle. Can we use a coupon on both items?
It emailed me the coupon link. Try this http://bricks.coupons.com/Start.asp?tqnm=ygxrcci26938890&bt=vi&o=88241&pt=&lang=&ws=&ct=&ci=&cl=&cp=&eb=1&c=PP&p=183160&z=&r=&pc=&tc=
