Okay,
Brand new to the couponing world. I am trying to get a grip of the how to's. looking through these Walgreen Deals for the week of 2/20, I see th edeal for Degree deoderant. It says the coupon is in 1/30 red plum. Do I need a paper copy to find this? I clicked teh RP tab but it isn;t showing up? how do I retrive this coupon? Thanks for the assistance in getting me started!
@ben, Yes, when coupons are listed like this (1/30 RP) that means you can find that coupon in the RedPlum insert of the January 30th newspaper. You can find more terms and abbreviations here: https://www.couponing101.com/2010/05/stacking-b1g1-coupons-and-11-coupons.html
My Walgreens trip yesterday was AWESOME. I used a raincheck for the Olay of Olay Collections (3 weeks ago)...the manager wrote it at 3 for $7 (was 3 for $10) because by the time they would get more in, the register rewards would not be available to receive on the offer. I paired with two buy Oil of Olay bodywash get a Secret deoterant free and one buy Oil of Olay bodywash and get a Oil of Olay moisturizer free. I also got the Gillette Fusion razor used a $4.00 off coupon...bought some socks...I got everything for $10.00 and received $7 in register rewards on the Oil of Olay body washes and the razor! I really got a great deal!
@Suzanne, Awesome!!
I spent more than I should have around $32 at Walgreens today but when I added up what I would have spent without my Q's it was around $215, and the $32 was mainly tax! I had to reassure myself, I try to stay within a budget, but that rarly happens. The monthly and weekly deals this week all panned out to some awesome savings.
@Margarita, Wow, that is good savings! We can't spend $0.12 every time, some days it costs a little more out of pocket, and that's ok!
