There is only a list of 4 or 5 specific old spice and gillette items that you have to buy in order to get the $10. I spent an hour in Walgreens last night not knowing this until after I paid for everything and the $10 didn't print. Then because it was after a certain time the manager couldn't void out my transaction so I could do a new one. I was so mad. Now I have to bring everything back today and they're holding all my coupons I used, so hopefully they won't lose them. :-(
I tried both your scenarios and neither printed the $10 rewards, only the $5 for the razor. The manager said that only the items in the picture were included and the razor was part of a gift set for $14.99. I bought 2 gift sets (I used 2 $4 razor coupons on these) then 2 body washes (I used 1 bogo coupon) It ended up being $23oop and I got the $10 rewards (so $13 total) Nice gift sets for Father's Day :)
I went to Walgreens today and did the same deal. The $10 register rewards did not print either. The manager told me you can only get one Register Rewards offer, so since you are buying $30 worth of products, you are getting the $10 RR. You cannot use the razor in that purchase to get the $5 RR as well. In a sense, they are saying the $10 RR over rides the $5 you would get from the razor. Not sure if this is correct, but I tried ;/ The manager just gave me another $5 RR to make $10 and that was it. The cashier was nice though and used a $3 off mfr coupon for the shave gel instead of the $1 off coupon in the P&G.
i went to walgreen today for the gillete deal and the razor deal, the cashier was nice and rang up the deal including the razor, it didnt print the ten dollar rewards, so i used an additional deoderant bogo coupon and used the two to meet the thirty dollar mark, again no coupon. the manager told me it was because i used to many coupons lol....so after about ten minutes of discussion, the manager gave me a ten dollar gift card. pretty cool.

I tried to do the Gillette deal. Cashier rang me up but $10 RR didn't print. She told me that I had to pay $30 OOP to get RR. I asked for a manager and the manager agreed with her.
@mikki, i had this issue too! thats why i try not to do walgreens deals...i have preffered cvs lately
I have decided that I will only go to Walgreens if the sale/coupon/RR is clear cut, and if it's a REALLY good deal. Rumor has it that we will be getting a CVS here soon. I hope so~
@mikki, You do not have to spend $30 OOP to get the register reward, you just have to buy $30 worth before coupons ($29.99 won't work).
