at walgreens when i use an ivc and a manufacturer coupon i need to put a filler in to get it to accept it. What are the best fillers? why is this if it is allowed? thanks
@crystal, No, you don't need a filler when using a manufacturer and IVC coupon. Only if you use a register reward and manufacturer coupon. For fillers I look for cheap candy, gum, pencils, small packs of nuts, clearance items, etc.
