Any idea if the Touch of Gray rebate is separate from the JFM rebate from a few months back? I did that one, but as I recall, it wasn't for the TOG product, so I'm wondering if I can do this rebate too, or if it would be considered a duplicate.

I'm sorry but I have no idea! You could look at the mailing address and if they are the same then it will likely be a duplicate. You could also call or email Touch of Gray and ask them. Sorry I can't help!!
