Walmart: White Cloud Toilet Paper $0.16 per Roll

The toilet paper deals have not been great lately, so I was thrilled to see this awesome deal at Walmart! Walmart has White Cloud Toilet Paper double roll 6 packs for just $2. These are the “50% more packages” that were originally 4 packs. Plus, there is a $1/1 White Cloud Toilet Paper coupon in the February issue of All You magazine (expires 3/21!!!). That makes each 6 pack just $1, or 16¢ per double roll!

While at Walmart, don’t forget about the great deal you can get on Cottonelle. The 12 packs at my store were $7.36, so after rebate and coupons it costs $1.86 per pack, or 15¢ per double roll.
